1. Services
Because We Care Group provides domiciliary care and support services tailored to individual needs. All services will be delivered by trained and qualified staff in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
2. Service Agreements
Before commencement of care, a Service Agreement outlining the scope, schedule, and cost of services will be provided and must be agreed by the client or their representative.
3. Payment Terms
- All invoices are due for payment within 7 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other approved payment methods.
- Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month and may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Cancellation Policy
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled visit.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide a safe working environment for our staff
- Inform us of any changes to health or care needs
- Treat staff with dignity and respect
6. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
7. Liability
While we take all reasonable care in delivering our services, Because We Care Group is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the provision or failure to provide services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
